Mrs. Glenda Faye Barton Locklear, lovingly known to all as Sis. Faye, peacefully entered her eternal home on March 13, 2026 at home surrounded by her family’s love, closing the last chapter of a beautiful life of 76 years filled with faith, love, family, and devotion.

Her love for the Lord was evident in her life, and she treasured the fellowship she shared with her brothers and sisters in Christ. Worship and service to God were a cornerstone of her life.
Outside of church, Glenda found joy in life’s simple pleasures. She loved tending to her flowerbeds, bringing beauty and color to her home, and took great delight in decorating for every holiday, making each season special for those around her. She also enjoyed relaxing while watching WWE wrestling and her favorite soap operas and movies, often sharing laughs and conversations about them with family.
Though she has departed from this earthly life, her love, faith, and legacy will live on in the hearts of her family and all those whose lives she touched. Her life was a blessing now her memory a treasure.
