Mr. Frank James "Buddy" Lambert age 68 of Red Springs, North Carolina was born on June 1, 1956, to the late Evans Lambert and the late Dessie Brewer Lambert in Robeson County, North Carolina. He departed this life on November 19, 2024, at UNC Health Southeastern, Lumberton, North Carolina. Along with his parents he was preceded in death by two daughters, Angel Locklear and Jessica Lambert.

Mr. Frank leaves to cherish his memories his wife: Patsy Jane Locklear Lambert of the home, two sons: Roman Locklear (Donna), Frank James Lambert Jr. (Leanna Locklear) all of Red Springs, North Carolina, four daughters: Amy Locklear and one special son-in-law Robert Hall, Pam Locklear, Deanna Lambert, Victoria Lambert, all of Red Springs, North Carolina, two brothers: Eugene "Rabbit" Lambert of Pembroke, North Carolina, Glenn "Bean Eye" Lambert of St. Pauls, North Carolina, one sister: Alice Jacobs of Red Springs, North Carolina, ten grandchildren: Messiah Lowery, Jordan Callahan, Rebecca Blackburn, Robert Hall III, Jonathan Blackburn Jr., Jaylen Locklear, Roman Takoda Locklear, Raylen Locklear, Frank Andrew Lambert, Kaliyah Locklear, one great grandchild: Avery Hunt, a special friend: Lynn Earl Locklear, along with a host of other relatives and friends.
