Mrs. Donna Locklear age 61 of Maxton, North Carolina was born on November 14, 1962, to the late Jeanette Jacobs Bell in Norfolk, Virginia, and departed this life into eternity on October 08, 2023, at Scotland Regional Hospice, Laurinburg, North Carolina.
Mrs. Donna leaves to cherish her memories her companion of 30 years Irvin Anderson, two sons: Charles Locklear and Christopher Locklear both of Maxton, North Carolina, one daughter: Melissa Thompson of Maxton, North Carolina, six grandchildren, along with a host of other relatives and friends.
