He leaves to cherish his memory, his children: Samantha Locklear, Larry Bullins, Cheyanne Bullins, four brothers: Richard Blackburn, Timothy Blackburn, Jonathan Blackburn and John Blackburn sister in law: Deanna Blackburn , two sisters: Donna Ingle Sanchez and Dorothy Blackburn brother in law: Virginio Larios, and Felicia Locklear, Nieces: Theresa Perez brother in law: Eduado Perez, Breanna ,Celena, Elizabeth, Rebecca, Natalie and Lamiya, Nephews : John, Kelly Lee, Joseph, Jose, Nathaniel, Jonathan Jr., Nakidan, Ian, Ben Willis, Xavier, and Keith, Great Nieces and Nephews: Blanca, Eugenio, Bubba, Daniel, Concepcion, Angie, Eathan, Elija, Yoboni, Eric, Javier (Audi), Josiah, Stella, Sonja-Alice, Maria, Janessa, Jimmy and Jodiel, grandchildren: Malaysia, Damion, Aniya, Malik, Dakota and Jaliyah, the mother of his children: Lauronda Bullins, along with a host of other relatives and friends.
