He departed this life into eternity on September 05, 2024, at Conway Medical Center, Conway, South Carolina. Along with his parents He was preceded in death by a sister Betty McMillian.
Mr. Clarence leaves to cherish his memories a stepson: Curtis Sampson, two brothers: Oscar McMillian and Little Jeff McMillian, a host of nieces and nephews, along with a host of other relatives and friends.
