Clara Sheffield

Mrs. Clara Lynn Locklear Sheffield, age 66, of 195 Arrowhead Trail, Rockingham, North Carolina was born July 27, 1957. She ascended to her heavenly home on Sunday, January 28, 2024. She was proceeded in death by her husband, James Ward Sheffield, her mother, Rosie Lee Locklear, and one brother, Mitchell Jones.

 She leaves to cherish her memory three sons, James Shawn Sheffield (Edith) of the home, Jonathan Ward Sheffield (Emily) and Corey Alan Locklear both of Maxton, North Carolina; her father,  Samuel Locklear (Janice); brother, Maurice Locklear (Sandra), sister Rhonda Locklear, and foster brother Joseph Locklear all of Maxton, North Carolina; eight grandchildren, James Jackson “JJ” Sheffield, Amberly Sheffield, Brilea Jernigan, Shylon Sheffield, Emiyah Sheffield, Alona Sheffield, Rosealeah Sheffield, and Elijah Owens; many beloved nieces and nephews and a host of friends and family.
