Mr. Christopher Max Bullard Jr age 31 of Raeford, North Carolina the son of Mr. Chris Max Bullard and Mrs. Janice Locklear was born on March 22, 1989 in Scotland County. He departed this earthly life to eternity on June 12, 2020. Chris was preceded in death by his grandmother Patsy Locklear; Bender Bullard; also his great-grandparents Mack Barton and Magdalean Barton; great grandparents Jack and Nettie Patterson; Uncle; Bob Bullard.

He leaves to cherish his memories: one son Malachi Max Bullard of the home; his father and mother: Chris Bullard and Janice Locklear of the home; one brother Dewey Daniel Bullard of the home; one sister Brenda Lee Locklear of Red Springs, North Carolina; Maternal Grandmother, Erma Lee Barton of Maxton, North Carolina; Paternal Grandparents, Dewey Locklear (Annie) of Maxton, North Carolina; aunts: Judy Bullard of Maxton, North Carolina an Susan Counts (Nigel) of Wagram, North Carolina; Dale Henry (Ronnie), Jessie Bullard, Beverly Lowery, Lori Locklear (Melvin) Penny Porter (Anthony), Esther P (Willie), two nephews: Kayden and Chance; and a host of other relatives and friends.
