Charles departed this life to eternity on March 29, 2023, at UNC Hospital, Chapel Hill, North Carolina. Along with his parents he was preceded in death by a brother Wayne Bullard, and a sister Rhonda Sue Jacobs.

Mr. Charles leaves to cherish his memories his wife: Christina Bullard of the home, one son: Charles L. Bullard Jr. (Deidra) of Maxton, North Carolina, one daughter: Mechelle Bullard of South Carolina, father-in-law and mother-in-law: Trent and Mary Ann Bullard of Maxton, North Carolina, grandchildren: Micaela Danyelle Bullard, Malachi Scott, Makylie Scott, Myha Scott, Paislee Lakinnis Bullard, Ellianna Rose Bullard, nephews, Kayden Bullard, James Conner Bakken, Christopher Bullard, Craig Jacobs, Dustin Jacobs, nieces, Christina Bullard, Valisa Jacobs, brother in law, Kyle Bullard along with a host of other relatives and friends.
