Carolyn Bullard Locklear

Ms. Carolyn Locklear, 69 of Red Springs, was born in Robeson County on January 13, 1957 to the late George Bullard and Virginia Bullard. She entered rest on January 24, 2026 at UNC Health Southeastern. In addition to her parents, Ms. Locklear was preceded in death by her brother Roger Bullard.

Ms. Locklear leaves to cherish her memories, two children, Jill Locklear (Andy) of Lumberton, NC and Kevin (Mya) Oxendine of Maxton, NC. Three sisters, Margaret Locklear, Dianne Bullard (Calvin), and Lois Bullard all of Maxton, NC. Two brothers, Carl Bullard (Lisa) of Red Springs, NC and Fairland Bullard (Theresa) of Lumberton, NC. One grandson, Kaelem Oxendine and a host of nephews and nieces, along with a host of other relatives and friends. She surely will be missed by so many relatives and people she knew.
