Carl Glenn Locklear

Mr. Carl Glenn Locklear age 61 of Parkton, North Carolina was born on June 03, 1964, to the late Mr. James Clyde Locklear and late Mrs. Shirley Oxendine Locklear in Robeson County. He departed this life into eternity on Tuesday, March 03, 2026. Along with his parents he is preceded in death by three brothers, Jimmy Locklear, James Ray Locklear, Tracy Locklear, one sister, Maria Locklear, grandparents, Vonnie Oxendine and Sadie Mae Oxendine. 

He leaves to cherish his memories, two brothers, Robert Oxendine and Timmy Locklear both of Lumberton, North Carolina: special aunt, Mary Delois Lowery of Lumberton, North Carolina and a host of other family and friends.
