Mrs. Brenda Kay Lowery age 65 of St.Pauls, North Carolina was born on April 24, 1960 to the late Mr. John Hue Oxendine and late Mrs. Annie Ruth Scott Bullard in Scotland County. She departed this life into eternity on Monday, June 30, 2025 at her home surrounded by her loving family. Along with her parents she is preceded in death by one daughter baby Kaye Lowery, siblings, Lacy Dean Oxendine, James Eartle Bullard, Tony Bullard, Patricia Oxendine, William James Oxendine, John Hue Oxendine Jr, George Noel Oxendine, Winnie Pearl Brown, Pauline McNeill, Eugene Oxendine, Elsie Mae Pounds, Henry Robert Oxendine, Shelby Jane Lowery. niece, Shernell Oxendine.

She leaves to cherish her memories, one son, Timothy James (TJ) Bullard and wife Christina, three daughters, Crystal Graham and husband Dexter, Casey Kay Lowery, Stacey Kay Lowery, five brothers, Grayland Bullard, Larry Oxendine, Gary Oxendine, Rev. Gene Truman Chavis, John Bradley Oxendine, six sisters, Bernice Oxendine, Betty Jean Oxendine, Debra Ann Bullard, Joann Cleveland, Anita Hulin, Peggy Locklear, nine grandchildren, Michael Jackson, Destiny Ivey, Samora Locklear, Jayden Locklear, Cayden Locklear, Summer Locklear, Shawn Chavis (SJ), Nevaeh Hunt,Tristan Bullard and a host of other relatives and friends.
