Mrs. Billie Jean Bullard age 62, of Red Springs, North Carolina was born on October 29, 1958, to the late Mr. Winford  "Boss" Jones, Sr., and the late Mrs. Catherine "Cat" Jacobs Jones in Robeson County, North Carolina. She departed this life on Sunday, Sept 05, 2021, at Firsthealth Moore Regional, Pinehurst, North Carolina. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by one sister Carolyn Jacobs Dunn, six brothers Charles "Charlie" Jones, James William Jacobs, William Lloyd Jacobs, Ray Jones, Roger Jacobs, Winford Jones Jr., one grandson Timothy Jones Jr.

She leaves to cherish her memories her husband: Sonnie Bullard Jr. of the home, three sons: Timothy Jones and Samantha, Mark Bullard and Keisha all of Shannon, North Carolina, Tino Bullard and Shana of Red Springs, North Carolina, one brother: Jerry Jones of Raeford, North Carolina, five sisters: Frances Jacobs Locklear and Fred of Sanford, North Carolina, Elaine Lowery of Wagram, North Carolina, Wanda Jones of Shannon, North Carolina, June Carol Jones of Wagram, North Carolina, Marilyn Wynn and Donald of Red Springs, North Carolina, fifteen grandchildren: Kayla, Nakota, Seth, Christian, Jennifer, Shayla, Kel, Sani, Zeki, Trevor, Tristen, Tamyra, Nelson, Mariyah, Nakiyah, and one on the way Tiana, one great-grandchild: Hazel, two very special friends: Brenda Woriax and Carmella Webb, along with a host of other relatives and friends.

A walk through viewing will be held on Wednesday, September 08, 2021, from 7:00 until 9;00 p.m at Heritage Funeral Home. Mask is required and Social Distancing during this time.
