Ms. Betty Pagan age 69 of Raeford, North Carolina was born on July 25, 1950 to the late Frank Locklear and the late Modie Bullard in Hoke County, North Carolina. She departed this life on March 16, 2020 at Firsthealth Hoke Campus in Raeford, North Carolina.

Ms. Betty leaves to cherish her memories one son Tony Lester of Raeford, North Carolina, two sisters Bonnie Locklear of Red Springs, North Carolina, and Linda Scott of Wagram, North Carolina, six grandchildren Jordan Lee Lester, Clint Colton Lester, Jessie Belton Lester, Isaac Angelo Hutto, Cody Emanuel Hutto, Monica Locklear and a host of other relatives and friends.
