Archie Thomas

Mr. Archie Thomas, 67, of Shannon, NC, passed away peacefully. Born in Scotland County on June 20, 1958, he was the son of the late Polly Ann Bullard.

He is survived by his companion, Millisa Jones; two sons, Austin Ray Thomas of Indiana and Dakota Shane Thomas of Raeford, NC; three daughters, Telisa Ann Thomas of Shannon, Polly Wynonna Thomas of Lumberton, NC, and Shania Ann Jones of Shannon, NC; stepchildren, Christian Jones, Ezekiel Jones, and Anna Jones, all of Shannon; his brothers, Robert Thomas, James Thomas, and Jethro Thomas, all of Raeford, NC; and his grandchildren: Gideon Berry, Joara Berry, Kiah Berry, Abigail Berry, Faith Locklear, Nysean McIntyre, Nathan Pasternak, and Damien Jones.

Archie enjoyed collecting coins and baseball cards, hobbies that he cherished throughout his life. He also found joy in working in his yard, taking satisfaction in maintaining his home and spending time outdoors.

He will be missed by all who knew him.
