He leaves to cherish his memories, his father Mr. Charlie Lee Patrick, his brother, Charles Lenard Patrick and wife Jennifer of Bolton, North Carolina; nephews, Donivan Len Patrick and wife Miranda of Bolton, North Carolina; Joshua Nicholas Patrick of California; great-nephew, Lawson Gage Patrick, great-niece, Adeline Lola Patrick and a host of other family and friends.
