Ann Rebccia Locklear

Mrs. Ann Rebccia Locklear age 54, was born July 15, 1971, to her parents, Mr. Haven Locklear and Ms. Betty Lois Locklear. Ann departed this life on Thursday, December 18, 2025, at Morrison Manor Hospice in Laurinburg, North Carolina. Ann is preceded in death by a brother-in-law, James Wariax and her mother-in-law, Betty Lynn Oxendine, father-in-law James Alton Oxendine.

Ann is survived by her husband of 23 years, Mr. James A. Oxendine, three sons, Cody (Allison), Allen (Kendra) and Brody (Aquilla), two daughters, Autumn (Bill) and Reanna, her parents, Mr. Haven Locklear and Mrs. Betty Lois Locklear. Two sisters, Mary, and Victoria (Bruce), one brother, Blaine, five grandchildren, sister-in-law, Hope Bullard (James Bullard) and brother-in-law, Kevin Oxendine (Lori Oxendine) and a host of other relatives and friends.
