Mr. Almond Locklear age 71 of Raeford, North Carolina was born on May 7, 1953, to the late Alexander Locklear and the late Ruthie Locklear in Robeson County, North Carolina. He departed this life on April 7, 2025, at Firsthealth Moore Regional, Pinehurst, North Carolina. Along with his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Louise Locklear, one son Steve Ray Locklear.

Mr.  Almond leaves to cherish his memories one son: Timothy Locklear (Brooke) of the home, one daughter: Kelly Locklear of the home, a stepdaughter: Serena Young of Raeford, North Carolina, one brother: Hollis Locklear of Pembroke, North Carolina, two sisters: Audrey Locklear of Pembroke, North Carolina, Carolyn Cummings of Raeford, North Carolina, grandchildren: Giovanni Basco, Khristopher Ray Locklear, Louisa Mae Locklear, Isabella Angelica Locklear, Logan Locklear, Steve Locklear, Conner Locklear, Anthony Donnell Oxendine, Edwin Young IV, along with a host of other relatives and friends.
