Mr. Allen Merle (Dick) Locklear age 43 of Red Springs, North Carolina was born on August 28, 1975 in Scotland County to Ms. Betty Jean Locklear and Mr. Gerald Collins.He departed this life on Monday, June 04, 2019 in UNC Hospital in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. He is preceded in death by his maternal grandmother Mildred Locklear and his uncle Ronald Locklear.
