Obituary

Aidan Christopher Manning Caldwell age 13 of Maxton, North Carolina was born on March 30, 2007 to Mr. Anthony Caldwell and Ms. Brae Locklear in Robeson County, North Carolina. He transitioned into his heavenly home on Saturday April 11 2020 at UNC Hospital in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. He was preceded in death by a brother, Donavan Chandler Oxendine and grandfather Eli Locklear.

Aidan was in sixth grade at Spring Hill Middle School in Laurinburg, North Carolina and he was a avid outdoorsman and sportsman. He loved playing baseball, basketball, fishing, and was a die hard Carolina Tarheels Fan. Aidan also loved playing video games especially Fortnite.

He leaves to cherish his memories, his father Anthony Caldwell (Latisha) of St. Pauls, North Carolina; his mother, Brae Locklear of Pembroke, North Carolina; four brothers, Elijah Daniel Locklear of the home, A.C. Caldwell, Corey Rowell, and Le'Koda Oxendine of St. Pauls, North Carolina. two sisters: Shania Caldwell and Ciera Caldwell both of Red Springs, North Carolina; paternal grandparents: Papa Anthony (A.C.) Caldwell of St. Pauls, North Carolina and MeMa Faye Powers of St. Pauls, North Carolina; maternal grandmother, Sara Locklear (Wayne Maynor). A special Aunt and Uncle, Hayley Maynor and Thomas Wyke. Aunts: Bethany Locklear, Taylor Hardison and Robin Hunt. Uncles: Eli  Luke Locklear and Isaac Locklear.  Special cousins:  Kaydah Barton, and Takodah Wyke. A host of other relatives and friends.
