Ms. Abby Jane Locklear age 46 was born on April 21, 1974 to Mr. Randolph Lambert and the late Mrs. Pearlean Locklear Lambert in Robeson County, North Carolina. She departed this life to eternal life on Saturday September 19, 2020 at Southeastern Regional Medical Center, Lumberton, North Carolina. Along with her mother she was preceded in death by her sister Michelle Lambert,and her companion Paul Lowery.
Ms. Abby leaves to cherish her memories three sons Paul Lowery, Brian Locklear, Jarrett Locklear and Passion all of Red Springs, North Carolina, two daughters Samantha Locklear, Amber Lowery and Jason all of Red Springs, North Carolina, her father Randolph Lambert of Red Springs, North Carolina, one brother Randell Lambert of Red Springs, North Carolina, one sister Peggy Lambert and Thomas of Red Springs, North Carolina, five grandchildren Katelyn, Harmony, Skylar, Landon, Journey, two nephews Timothy Strong and Thomas B. Strong both of Red Springs, North Carolina, and a host of other relatives and friends.
