Mr. Willie "Pal Charlie" Jacobs, age 82 of Red Springs, North Carolina was born on January 08, 1940,to the late Rev. L.B. Jacobs and the late Mrs. Kittie Bell Chavis Jacobs in Robeson County. He departed this life into eternity on October 18, 2022, at First Health Moore Regional Medical Center in Pinehurst, North Carolina. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Elsie Henderson Jacobs, daughter, Angela Jacobs, sisters, Sarah (Dosha) Locklear, Mary Lee Jacobs, brothers , L.B (Turkey) Jacobs, Jr, Jimmy Jacobs, Dannie Hugh Jacobs, and Alvin Jacobs.

He leaves to cherish his memories, his wife, Pastor, Audrey Hall of the home, one son, Will Jacobs and wife Shelli, two daughters, Linda Beaman, and Charlene Locklear and husband Anthony, two stepsons, Bryan Locklear and Ernie Maynor, two stepdaughters, Freda Daniel, and  Aiyana Lynn Chavis, one brother, Bobby Ray Jacobs, special friend of the family, Michael Dial. five grandchildren, Heather McPhail, Ashley (Joshua) Barton, Ashton Locklear, Garret Locklear, and Austin McPhail (Helene), four great-grandchildren, Nylah Grace, Catilaya Jade, Jones D.Barton, and Jackson D. Barton, and a host of other relatives and friends.
