He was born on January 25, 1991 in Cumberland County to Mr. Willard Randolph Sr. & Mrs. Rose Mary Sullivan. Mr. Sullivan is proceeded in death by his grandmother Mrs. Mary Rose Sanderson, his aunt Mary Ann Oxendine, his uncle Jamie Oxendine, two cousins Austin Shane Oxendine & Shayland Quinn Lowery.
