Mr. Wilbert Mitchell Locklear age 59 of Laurinburg, North Carolina was born on November 03, 1960 to the the late Mr. Bentley Locklear and Mrs. Madie Jackson in Robeson County. He departed this life on Monday, November 11, 2019 at home surrounded by his loving family. In addition to his father he  is preceded in death by one brother Leander Locklear and one sister Mary Elizabeth Oxendine.

He leaves to cherish his memories: his mother, Mrs. Madie Jackson of Laurinburg, North Carolina; five brothers, Kenneth Ray Locklear, Nathan Locklear, Joe Locklear all of Laurinburg, North Carolina, Charles Locklear and Dean Locklear both of Pembroke, North Carolina. two sisters, Faye Oxendine of Pembroke, North Carolina and Lorene Locklear of Maxton, North Carolina. A host of other family and friends.
