Wanda Jean Tedder Huggins age 67 was born on July 11, 1955, to the late Joe Tedder and the late Dorothy Lou Cooke in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. She departed this life March 18, 2023, in Boone, North Carolina. Along with her parents she was preceded in death by two brothers Harold Lee Conde and Charlie Tedder, and two nephews Chris Tedder and Kenneth Ross Conde.

Wanda leaves to cherish her memories her husband: Larry "Sonny" Huggins, six sons: Larry Dwayne Huggins, Jerry Lynn Huggins (Shelley) all of Boone, North Carolina, Gerald Lee Huggins of West Virginia, Billy Ray Huggins (Martha) of Raeford, North Carolina, Larry Dale Shelton, Donald Lynn Shelton both  of Oklahoma, one daughter: Lisa Michille Westfall (Troy) of Raeford, North Carolina, one brother:  Anthony Gene Tedder (Lib) of Lumberton, North Carolina, eight grandchildren: Sheila Huggins, Selina Hoppe, Brittany Huggins, Blake Huggins, Brandon Huggins, Michael Colton Huggins, Rev. Jonathan Huggins, Maci Huggins, five great-grandchildren, three nephews: Harold Lee Conde Jr., Roy Kelly Conde and Ray Tedder, three nieces: Elizabeth Kay Howell, Kimberly Jacobs, Shannon Locklear, along with a host of other relatives and friends.
