Mr. Vincent Ray Locklear age 53 of Red Springs, North Carolina was born in Scotland County to Mr. Carson Locklear and the late Mrs. Betty Carol Locklear. He departed this life into eternity on Monday, May 02, 2022 at UNC Health Southeastern in Lumberton, North Carolina. He was preceded in death by his mother, Betty Carol Locklear.

Mr. Vincent loved his family and enjoyed spending time with them. He also enjoyed music and taking care of his chickens.

He leaves to cherish his memories, four sons, Terry Wayne Rice, Vinson Dakaiya Locklear, Jacobe Raylon Locklear, Kristian LeSean Locklear, one daughter, Gracieanna Lolina Locklear, all of Shannon, North Carolina; father, Carson Locklear of Red Springs, North Carolina, three sisters, Vickie Castrejon, Peggy Rose Locklear, Melissa Faye Locklear all of Red Springs, North Carolina; nephews: Joshual Locklear, Sherwood III Locklear, Shane Locklear, Jordan Locklear, Adante locklear, neices; Ayiana Locklear, Anesia Locklear, Charisma Locklear, nine great nieces and nephews. A host of other relatives and friends.
