Miss Victoria Jaquin Locklear age 32 of Pembroke, North Carolina was born on October 09, 1989, to Mr. Eric Simpson Locklear and Mrs. Bonita Jacobs Locklear in Cumberland County, North Carolina. She departed this life into eternity on December 20, 2021, at UNC Health Southeastern in Lumberton, North Carolina.

She leaves to cherish her memories, three sons, Jacoyta Emanuel Carthens, Skylon Jireah Oxendine and Makaiden Josiah Oxendine all of the home, father of her children, R.J. Oxendine, her father, Eric Simpson Locklear of Red Springs, North Carolina;  her mother, Bonita Jacobs Locklear of Pembroke, North Carolina; two brothers, Eric Locklear Jr and Shane Locklear both of Red Springs, North Carolina; two sisters, Ericka Alleceya Locklear and Brittany Rosadora Locklear both of Pembroke, North Carolina; maternal grandmother, Alice Jacobs Locklear, and paternal grandmother, Aleatha Locklear,  niece, Hailey, nephews, Jakob and Joshton, two special friends, Ricky Brooks and Jamie Huggins. A host of other relatives and friends.
