Mr. Tony Locklear age 55 of Laurinburg, North Carolina was born on June 24, 1967 to the late Mr. Daniel Locklear and Mrs. Georganna Jones Locklear in Scotland County. He departed this life into eternity on Sunday, October 02, 2022 in Marlboro County. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his siblings, Zelbert Locklear, Star Locklear, Beulah Milligan.

Mr. Tony was a loving fiance, father, grandfather, brother, and a friend to all that knew him. He enjoyed spending time with his children, especially his grandchildren, riding horses, listening to music.

He leaves to cherish his memories, his fiance, Kelly Smith of the home, one son, Tony Nelson Locklear of Raeford, North Carolina, four daughters, Linda McMillan (Archie) of Pembroke, North Carolina; Melissa Locklear, Heather Leggett both of Maxton, North Carolina; Nikki Locklear (Howard Pierce Jr) of Red Springs, North Carolina; two-stepdaughters, Cheyenne Smith , Selena Rogers, five brothers, Don Locklear of Laurinburg, North Carolina; Sky Locklear of Pembroke, North Carolina; Dixon Locklear of Maxton, North Carolina; Presley Locklear of McCall, South Carolina; Randall Locklear of Red Springs, North Carolina; four sisters, Dymaries Locklear of Maxton, North Carolina; Mary Locklear, Mundy Locklear, Sarah Henderson all of Pembroke, North Carolina; fourteen grandchildren, Isiah, Ta'Liyah, Navajo, Aydin, Lee'Onna, Lyn'ari, Kaleigh, Caleah, Haileigh, Maleah, Antonio Jr, Nathaniel, Triston, Jacob' special friends, Tony Martin, Percy and Virginia Smith of McColl, South Carolina and a host of other relatives and friends.
