Mr. Tony Jeffries age 45 of Shannon, N.C. was born in Guilford County on January 01, 1976 to the late Mr. David Anthony Jeffries and Mrs. Mary Ann Locklear. He departed this earthly life to eternal life on January 16, 2021. Mr. Tony is preceded in death by his father, along with his paternal grandparents: Alease and James Jeffries; maternal grandparents: Beatrice Bullard and Jimmy Bullard; special grandparent: James Clayton Locklear "POPS".
Tony enjoyed his family and family gatherings, the opportunity to joke, play, and show love to his family made him happy. He had a special love for children and big heart for helping out the elderly in the community. To know Tony was to love him and he enjoyed music, dancing, cooking, gardening, flowers, snakes, and was good at what he done. Tony was a fan of the Dallas Cowboys.
He leaves to cherish his memories: a daughter, Hermoine Hinson of Fayetteville, North Carolina; his mother, Mary Ann Locklear and stepfather Rev. Larry Locklear of Shannon, North Carolina; three brothers: James Ransom of Greensboro, North Carolina; Reoce Jacobs of Lumberton, North Carolina, Larry Jacobs of Southern Pines, North Carolina, six sisters: Mitzi Moss, of Greensboro, North Carolina; Beatrice Jeffries (Sean Mehl), Latoya McBryde, Krystal Locklear, and Heather Jacobs all of Shannon, North Carolina; Karen Jacobs of Fayetteville, North Carolina. a special nephew: Mickey Jeffries, special niece: Tear Mehl, two special cousins, Jimmy Dale Godwin and Lee Locklear. A special uncle and aunt: Randy and Mary Bullard of Shannon, North Carolina, A special friend Jerrica Tart. A host of special nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews. Tony was looking forward to meeting an unborn niece or nephew that he would have help spoiled. Family was everything to him and he was like the glue that helps hold things together.
