Mr. Tommie Locklear age 84 was born on May 10, 1939, to the late Mr. Pearlie Locklear and the late Mrs. Mathie Locklear in Robeson County, North Carolina. He departed this life to his heavenly home on May 22, 2023, at his residence. Along with his parents he was preceded in death by his siblings Amon Locklear, Peter Locklear, John Locklear, Ronnie Coleman Haith, Rildie Locklear, Ollie Locklear.

Mr. Tommie leaves to cherish his memories two sisters: Lizzy Locklear and husband Maurice of Baltimore, Maryland, Lynn L. Sayre and husband Keith of Lexington, Kentucky, along with a host of other relatives and friends.
