Mr. Timothy Lee Davis "Detroit" age 64 of was born on September 27, 1957 in Norwalk, Ohio to the late Edward Ray Davis and the late Doris Nell Choate. Timothy departed this life on Monday, February 21, 2022 at UNC Southeastern Health, Lumberton, North Carolina.   Timothy is preceded in death by his parents, stepfather, Donald, brother, Kevin Davis, friend, Darren S. Locklear, and his nephew, Master H. Jayden Jones.

Timothy proudly served his country in the United States Army. He was a drywall finisher for 25 years.  A sports enthusiast, his favorites teams were the Detroit Red Wings, Detroit Lions and the Detroit Tigers.

Timothy leaves to cherish his memory: his son, Tristan Lee Locklear, of Maxton, North Carolina;  sister, Debbie Webster, of Michigan; cousin, Doris Columber, of West Virginia; nieces and nephews that he helped raise, Baby D., Whitney, Chanel, Cody, Travie D., Devin, Sequoia, Maggie, Mindy, Papa Sack, Shelesha, Baby Dale, Koyha, Kayden (Spooky), and Hayden (Bug),  Special friends, Steve Brown, Lakrisha (Nudy), H. Kelly, Dale Wayne (Robbie), Yolanda (Ron), Connie (Dewayne), Tommy, Black Buddy, Garey (Lanie), Russell, John and Delton, and host of other relatives and friends.
