Mr. Terry Revels, "Reb" age 60,  of 2180 Baywood Road, Eastover, North Carolina was born December 24, 1960, he departed this life on Sunday, October 3, 2021at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center, Fayetteville, North Carolina. .

He was preceded in death by his father, Preston Foster Chavis, mother, Doris Revels Chavis, two brothers, James Cranston Chavis and Preston Foster Chavis, Jr., and his grandmother/mama, Lissie Henderson.

Terry is survived by his mother Doris Jacobs, sisters, Frances Chavis (Daryl), Red Springs, North Carolina; Nicol Carroll (Danny), Stedman, North Carolina; Monica Barbour (Anthony), Eastover, North Carolina; Sherry Watts (Daniel), Fayetteville, North Carolina;  Telise Chavis (Wayne), Fayetteville, North Carolina; and Sharon Miller, East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania; brothers, Percy Chavis,  Wilmington, North Carolina; Johnny Chavis (Shelly), Fayetteville, North Carolina; and Christopher Strickland, Fayetteville, North Carolina; a special sister-in-law, Tracy Chavis, special aunts, Peggy Locklear, Frances Tapscott and Millie Locklear (Rev. Gregory), special uncle, Derwood Chavis, special cousin reared in the home, James Chester Henderson (Renee), James Dulley Jones, Mary Jane Henderson, Oxendine (Benny), Diane Scribner (Kenny),  and Hope Marie Revels (Alton), his loving dog "Spud",  Terry also leaves 21 nieces and nephews, 19 great nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.
