Ms. Teresa Ann Bullard age 52 of Fayetteville, North Carolina was born on September 15, 1973, to the late Curly Bullard and the late Christine Oxendine Bullard. She departed this life on June 27, 2026, at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center, Fayetteville, North Carolina. Along with her parents she was preceded in death by a brother, Curley Bullard Jr.

Ms. Teresa leaves to cherish her memories two sons: Lashawn Scott and Dillion Dakota Bullard, one daughter: Heather Ransom (Johnny Locklear), one sister: Sheila Bullard, four grandchildren, special friends: Garland and Maggie Bullard, along with a host of other relatives and friends.
