She was preceded in death by her brother Bob Bullard, her grandparents Mr. Mack Barton and Mrs. Madgalene Barton.

She leaves to cherish her memories her husband: Nigel Counts of the home, one son Brandon Strickland (Tanisha) of Maxton, North Carolina, one daughter: Diamond Counts of the home, her mother Erma Lee Barton of Maxton, North Carolina, her father: Dewey Locklear of Maxton, North Carolina, two brothers: Chris Bullard of Raeford, North Carolina, Jessie Bullard of Maxton, North Carolina, five sisters: Judy Bullard, Dale Henry (Ronnie) all of Maxton, North Carolina, Janice Locklear of Raeford, North Carolina, Penny Porter (Anthony) of Hope Mills, North Carolina, Laura Locklear (Melvin) of Maxton, North Carolina, five grandchildren: Braylon, Reagan, Bryceson, Brianna and Baylee, sister-in-law: Tammy Counts, brother-in-law: Lindsey Counts along with a host of relatives and friends.
