Mr. Stoney Ray Bartley age 79 of Charlotte, North Carolina was born on February 20, 1942 in Robeson County and departed this life into eternity on Friday, March 05, 2021 in Charlotte, North Carolina. He is preceded in death by his father Raymond Bartley, his mother Bertha L. Nance, two sisters: Rose Hunt and Lois Carter, four brothers: Junior (Money) Hunt, Sevaston Bartley, James Bartley and Jerry Bartley.

Mr. Stoney enjoyed fishing and watching western movies.

Mr. Stoney leaves to cherish his memories, daughter Wanda Bartley and husband Delbert of Chadbourn, North Carolina; son,Timmy Lowery and wife Tanya of Gastonia, North Carolina; daughter, Tammy Terry and husband Lester of Indian Land, South Carolina; his companion and best friend Patricia Chavis of Charlotte, North Carolina; three brothers Jimmie Lee Bartley and Diane of Harrisburg, North Carolina; William Bartley and Sharon of Indiana; Michael Lewis of Charlotte, North Carolina; one sister Ramylee Mayers and Howard of Pembroke, North Carolina; eight grandchildren: Laci Fett, Brandon Fett, Trae Bartley, Ethan Bartley, Carolina Terry, Noah Terry, Josh Cline, Brandon Cline, one great-grandchild Chandler Warren, along with a host of other relatives and friends.
