Mr. Steven "Rat" Douglass age 34,  was born on December 21, 1986 to Mr. Kritsada Douglass and Ms. Tina Lowery in Scotland County. He departed this life on September 17, 2021 at UNC Health Southeastern in Lumberton, North Carolina; He is preceded in death by his sister, Brittney Lowery, grandparents, Elbert Lowery and Polly Lou Lowery, cousin, Bryan Lowery.

He leaves to cherish his memories, his father, Kritsada Douglass of Sanford, North Carolina and mother, Tina Lowery of Pembroke, North Carolina; three sons, Thaden Douglass and Chanin Douglass\s both of of the home; Khilan Douglass of Pembroke, North Carolina; three daughters, Brionna Douglass and Tionna Douglass and  Annika Locklear all of Pembroke, North Carolina; three brothers, Josh Douglass, Levi Douglass, Dakota Douglass, three sisters, Krecia N. Lowery, Harley Douglass, and Rainbow Douglass, Mothers of his children, Brandi Jones and Tammie McDaniels. Grandmother, Lex Douglass of Thain, Aunt Dana Ny of Virginia.  A host of other relatives and friends.
