Mrs. Shawana Lynn Locklear age 37 of Shannon, North Carolina was born on August 03, 1985, to her parents, Charlie Locklear and Loretta Henderson Locklear in Robeson County, North Carolina. She departed this life into eternity on Monday, October 24, 2022, at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center, Fayetteville, North Carolina. She is preceded in death by her husband Perry Ray Chavis.

Mrs.Shawana leaves to cherish her memories, two sons, Charlie Locklear and Perry Ray Chavis, Jr., and her daughter, Isabella Coe of the home, her parents, Charlie Locklear and Loretta Henderson Locklear of Shannon, North Carolina, one brother, Steve Charles Locklear (Frances) of Gate City, Virginia, two sisters, Victoria Gail Locklear of Shannon, North Carolina and Tonya Sturdivant of Red Springs, N.C. along with a host of other relatives and friends.
