Mr. Seneka Allen Locklear age 21 of Maxton, North Carolina was born on January 06, 2001 in Robeson County to his parents, Mr Gary Leon On'yas Locklear and Mrs. Vanessa Sue Locklear. He departed this life into eternity on Wednesday, January 19, 2022 at UNC Health Southeastern. He is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Willie Sanford Locklear and Berletha Locklear and his aunt Bernadette "Dolly" Locklear.

He leaves to cherish his memories, one daughter, Lylah Jude Locklear of Shannon, North Carolina, one son, Maverick Kain Chavis of Maxton, North Carolina; his parents, Gary Leon On'yas Locklear and Vanessa Sue Locklear of Maxton, North Carolina; one sister, Orenda Sue Locklear of Maxton, North Carolina,his fiancé, Savannah Locklear of Shannon, North Carolina; his grandmother, Lisa Locklear of Maxton, North Carolina.  A host of other relatives and friends.
