Mrs. Sallie Blue age 85 of Wagram, North Carolina was born on September 17, 1935, to the late Mr. Sam Bullard and the late Ella Locklear Bullard in Robeson County, North Carolina. She departed this life to eternity on April 12, 2021, at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center, Fayetteville, North Carolina. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by Bobby Locklear, Govenor Locklear, Benny Locklear, Herman Blue, and Barbara Holmes.

Mrs. Sallie enjoyed gardening and feeding the birds.

Mrs. Sallie leaves to cherish her memories her husband: Reverend Winford Blue of the home, two sons: Jimmy Blue of Raeford, North Carolina, Lynn Blue of Albemarle, North Carolina, three daughters: Emma Hatley , Rosie Justice, Betty Locklear all of Wagram, North Carolina, three brothers: Ellis Locklear, Reverend Gerald Locklear, Lewis Locklear all of Wagram, North Carolina, three sisters: Edna Mae Locklear of Raeford, NorthCarolina, Ebena, and Christine of Arkansas, eight grandchildren, nineteen great-grandchildren, eleven great great grandchildren along with a host of other relatives and friends.
