Russell "Bobby" Oxendine age 84 of Red Springs, North Carolina was born on October 23, 1937, to the late Wade Oxendine and the late Tressie Oxendine in Robeson County, North Carolina and departed this life on October 18, 2022, at Firsthealth Moore Regional, Pinehurst, North Carolina. Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by two daughters Eva Bullard and Sharon McMillian, two brothers Ed Oxendine and Henry Oxendine, and four sisters Elmer Brewer, Thelma Oxendine,  Gracie Oxendine, Annie M. Bullard.

Mr. Russell "Bobby" leaves to cherish his memories his wife: Lena Mae Locklear Oxendine of the home, his only daughter: Shellena McMillian, two brothers: Clyde Oxendine and Carl Oxendine, five sisters: Martha Locklear, Betty Bullard, Dorothy Boone, Trudy O. Bullard, Patsy Oxendine, multiple grandchildren, along with a host of other relatives and friends.
