Mr. Ron Marcel Strickland, 51 of Rowland, NC, was born January 16, 1975 to Mr. Daniel Glenn Strickland and Mrs. Sherry Jones: stepfather, Charles Jones. He departed this life on January 28, 2026.

Mr. Strickland is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Mr. Willie James Locklear and Mrs. Mildred Locklear, paternal grandparents, Mr. Danny Strickland and Mrs. Clara Mae Strickland.

Mr. Strickland leaves to cherish his memories, his daughter, Brianna Strickland (Dustin); son, Caleb Barton, grand-daughter, Halaya Jernigan; his sister, Tina Rogers (Ron Rogers); his brother, Lance Strickland (Allison Jacobs), lots of special nieces, nephews and cousins who loved him dearly; a special friend (James Douglas); and a host of other relatives and friends.
