Mr. Robert(Bud) Locklear, age 77, of 251 Trudeau Avenue, Raeford, North Carolina was born on October 22, 1939 to the late Mr.Robert Locklear and the late Mrs.Girlie Locklear in Robeson County, North Carolina. He departed this life on Friday, August 18, 2017 at Autumn Care Nursing Facility in Raeford, North Carolina. He was preceded in death by one daughter Sarah Glenn, one brother, Johnny Locklear, four sisters, Novella Locklear, Margaret Jones, Liza Wilkins, and Ella Ree Locklear.

Mr. Bud was a happy person he showed his love in different ways, he will truly be missed by many.

He leaves to cherish his memory: three sons, Ritchie Locklear and wife Lisa of Rowland, North Carolina, Kenny Ray Oxendine and wife Kathleen of Pembroke, North Carolina; and Glenn Locklear of Spring Lake, North Carolina. four daughters, Lisa Edwards and husband Gary Wayne of Fairmont, North Carolina, Tina Goolsby and husband Ronald of Lumberton, North Carolina, Wanda Simpson and husband Clinton of Lumberton, North Carolina, and Onita Oxendine and husband Danny of Fairmont, North Carolina, 18 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. A special niece Linda Blue and her husband Clyde Blue that took care of Robert for 15 years. A great niece Tammy Locklear, A special granddaughter, Alicia Locklear, and a great great  niece Nevaelynn Locklear.
