Mr. Ricky Lee Locklear age 63 of Red Springs, North Carolina was born on September 16, 1961, to the late Mr. Lacy Campbell Locklear and late Mrs. Rosie Lee Jacobs in Robeson County. He departed this life into eternity on February 07, 2025, at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center in Fayetteville, North Carolina. Along with his parents he is preceded in death by his brothers, Gary Locklear, Micheal Locklear, Marshal Locklear and sister, Cindy Locklear.

He leaves to cherish his memories his companion Doris Jacobs of the home, two daughters, Shaletha Locklear (Kevin Lowery) of Red Springs, North Carolina; Jasmine Locklear (Fernando Bello) of Red Springs, North Carolina; one brother Terry Locklear of Raeford, North Carolina; three sisters, Peggy Locklear of Red Springs, North Carolina; Lisa Bullard of Pembroke, North Carolina; Diane Locklear of Lumberton, North Carolina, very special friend, Dale Miller, eight granddaughters, Nakiyah Locklear, Alexandria Jones, Kahona Lowery, Kiyohna Lowery, Kamileigh Lowery, Nayeli Bello, Nalejandra Bello, Nathalia Bello, and a host of other relatives and friends.
