Richard "Big Rich" Locklear age 27 of Raeford, N.C. was born on November 19, 1990  to Mr. Max Locklear and Mrs. Lita Locklear in Scotland County, N.C. He departed this life on April 29, 2018. He was preceded in death by his grandparents.

Richard was a graduate of the class of 2009 Hoke County High School, Raeford, N.C. He loved spending time with his family and was an avid country boy.

He leaves to cherish his memories his parents Max and Lita Locklear of Red Springs, N.C. two sons Richio Maximus Locklear and Luciano Keith Locklear both of the home one stepson Antonio Tyler Dwayne Woods, one sister Jessica Leigh Locklear of Red Springs, N.C. one nephew Ryder Devon Spaulding, girlfriend Jessica Chavis, blood brothers Bryant James Locklear and Anthony Lewis Oxendine and a host of other relatives and friends.
