Mr. Reedy (Tiby) Locklear age 91 of Pembroke, North Carolina was born on September 11, 1930 in Robeson County to the late Mr. Colonel Locklear and late Mrs. Trixie Locklear. He departed this life into eternity on Saturday, November 13, 2021 at Morrison Manor Hospice in Scotland County. He is preceded in death by his wife Mrs. Zadie Ray Locklear.

He leaves to cherish his memories two daughters, Audry Lowry (Gerald) of Rowland, North Carolina; Nora Jones (Thurman) of Pembroke, North Carolina; eight sons, Reedy Locklear Jr, Redell Locklear, and Wayne Keith Locklear all of the home; Bernard Locklear (Janice), Alvin Ray Locklear, Mickey Locklear (Jamie), Donald Anthony Locklear (Marcita) all of Pembroke, North Carolina; Julian Canal Locklear (Felicia) of Fairmont, North Carolina; two brothers, Austin Locklear and Colonel Locklear Jr, both of Pembroke, North Carolina; one sister, Evon Sanderson of Pembroke, North Carolina; fourteen grandchildren, six great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
