Ms. Reba Lois Locklear age 67 of Raeford, North Carolina was born on April 12, 1955 to the late Mr. Rodney Locklear and the late Mrs. Pearl Tyler Locklear in Scotland County. She entered into her heavenly home on Sunday, May 29, 2022 at FirstHealth Moore Regional Hospital in Moore County. Along with her parents she is preceded in death by two brothers, Joseph Tyler, Timothy Tyler, one sister, Gertie Lowery.

She leaves to cherish her memories one son, Randy Locklear (Cortina) of Maxton, North Carolina; one daughter, Keisha Locklear-Jacobs of Raeford, North Carolina; one brother, Nelson Tyler of Raeford, North Carolina; four sisters, Joyce Lowery of Laurinburg, North Carolina; Mary Lowry and Evelyn Sullivan both of Red Springs, North Carolina; Linda Tyler of Hope Mills, North Carolina; special friend, Janice Bullard ,six grandchildren, six great-grandchildren. A host of other relatives and friends.
