Mr. Raymond Bruce (Duke) Locklear Jr age 41 of Shannon, North Carolina was born on February 27, 1982 to Mr. Raymond Jones and Mrs. Cathery Locklear Jones in Scotland County. He departed this life into eternity on July 14, 2023 in Hoke County. He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Carley Bruce and Rebecca Locklear, Ruthie Mae Jones.

Raymond Jr. loved spending time with his family and loved sheetrock work as his trade. He also enjoyed spending time with his dog Watts.
