Mr. Raymond Alphonso Blue, better known as "Boss Blue" was born June 29, 1988 to Ms. Helene Michelle Blue and Mr. Henry Buie, Jr., in Robeson County, North Carolina. He departed this earthly life to eternal rest on Saturday, March 23, 2024 in Red Springs, North Carolina. Raymond was preceded in death by his grandmother, Mary Terry McNair, grandfather, Robert Lee Blue, great grandparents, Thelma Woods Terry, James W. McLean, Bertha Thomas McLean, Lacy Buie, Sr., and Thelma McLean Buie as well as an uncle, Eric Terry.

Raymond was an outgoing, loving and fun person to be around. He was a protector and hero to his children and family. He was loved by his family, and wherever you saw him, he had the brightest smile that could light up the room.

Raymond attended Native American Christian Academy in Shannon North Carolina and graduated in the class of 2004.

He leaves to cherish his memories, his mother, Helene Michelle Blue of the home, his father, Henry (Tasha) Buie, Jr., all of Red Springs North Carolina. His grandparents, Henry Buie and Janet Buie of Red Springs, North Carolina, three daughters, A'shyiah Blue of Raeford, North Carolina, Ny'Asia Blue and Makirah Blue both of St. Pauls, North Carolina. Four sons, Raymond Blue, Jr., of St. Pauls, North Carolina, Zy'Meir Blue of Pembroke North Carolina, Milo Blue and Ry'Lo Blue of Shannon North Carolina. Nine sisters, Fonsha Blue and Jalisha Beauregard, of the home, Tonya (Raymond) Leonard, Brittany McBryde, Brianna McBryde, and Logan Buie all of Red Springs, North Carolina, Tia (Jordan) Buie of Raeford, North Carolina, Ashely (JC) Richardson of Rockingham, North Carolina, and Carla Pratt of California.  Seven brothers, Jamason (Leidy) Campbell of Charlotte, North Carolina, Jamal Elleber, Shamael Elleber, Jamel Elleber, and Henry Buie III all of Red Springs, North Carolina, Derrick (Scottie) Pratt of Shannon, North Carolina, and Joshua Buie of Raeford, North Carolina. Five aunts, Renee Smith, Pam (Freddie) Brown and Erica Terry, all of  Red Springs, North Carolina, Tracey (Erick) Graham, of Goldsboro, North Carolina, and Kimberly (Robert) Mack of Lumberton, North Carolina.  Seven uncles, Jerry (Sandra) Terry of San Antonio, Texas, Christopher Terry and Robert Galbreath, Jr.,  of Red Springs, North Carolina,  Andre (Kim) Johnson and  Stanley Johnson,  of Fayetteville, North Carolina,  Jerald Johnson and Raphael Johnson of Raeford, North Carolina. Two nieces, Na'Kira Hunt and Angel McCollum, both of the home and one nephew, Bryan McCollum, Jr., of the home, special cousin/sister, Tiesha (Harry) Vazquez of Fayetteville, North Carolina, and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
