Mr. Randall Bullard age 63 of Maxton, North Carolina was born on October 9, 1957, to the late Steven Bullard and the late Whyoner Locklear Bullard in Scotland County, North Carolina. Mr. Bullard departed this life on Saturday, August 7, 2021, at Scotland Memorial Hospital, Laurinburg, North Carolina. Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Deborah Carr Bullard, one son Michael Stephen Bullard, one daughter Natasha Rena Bullard.

Mr. Randall leaves to cherish his memories one son: Allen Keith Bullard and Janie of Shannon, North Carolina, one grandchild: Mataysha Diamond Hardin, two sisters: Sherlene Locklear and Bracey of Maxton, North Carolina, Brenda Lowery and David of Red Springs, North Carolina, four brothers: Harry Bullard, Danford Bullard both of Lumberton, North Carolina, Ronald Bullard and Janice of Maxton, North Carolina, James Bullard of the home, a special aunt: Ruth Barton of Maxton, North Carolina along with a host of other relatives and friends.
