Mr. Ralph "Rufus" Bullard age 79 of Raeford, North Carolina was born on December 13, 1943, to the late Sonnie Bullard and the late Blossie Locklear Bullard in Hoke County, North Carolina. He departed this life on June 06, 2023, at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center, Fayetteville, North Carolina. Along with his parents he was preceded in death by his siblings Luther "June Bug" Locklear, Roscoe Locklear, Eula Mae Maynor, Claire Smith, Dorothy Locklear, Minnie Bullard, Bensley Bullard, brother-in-law Graham "Boss" Jones, sister-in-law Billie Jean Bullard, uncle, Winford Locklear.

Mr Ralph leaves to cherish his memories his sons: Ronnie Bullard (Celestine Buie), Billy Ray Jones, three daughters: Angela Dunston Drakeford (Gregory), Constance Bullard Locklear ( Keith), Andrea "Renna" Bullard, two brothers: Tifford Bullard (Annie Mae), Sonnie Bullard, three sisters: Janie Mae Jacobs, Josephine Jones, Rosie Mae Bullard, twelve grandchildren: Chazz, Leviticus, Amber, Taylor, Iesha, Jasmine, Deniseya, Miley, Braylon, Ashley, Sakeena, Aliyah, twenty-one great grandchildren, a host of nieces and nephews, a best friend, Patty Chavis, along with a host of other relatives and friends.
