Mr. Phillip Devond Campbell age 31 of Red Springs, North Carolina was born on March 31, 1990, to Robert Lee Campbell and the late Tammy Terrell Quick Campbell in Scotland County, North Carolina. He departed this life on Sunday, January 23, 2022, at McLeod Medical Center, Dillon, South Carolina. Along with his mother he was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Robert and Lillie Campbell, his maternal grandparents, James Franklin Quick, and Linda Williams.

He is survived by his loving wife, Whitney Campbell of the home, children, Neveah Raine Campbell and Phillip Devond Campbell, Jr., both of the home, his father, Robert Lee Campbell, of Red Springs, North Carolina; his siblings, Brandon McKoy, Sharonda McKoy, Robert Campbell, James F. Quick and Desmond Campbell, aunt, Sheila Campbell, uncles, Michael Quick, Phillip Campbell, Robert McKenzie, Dwayne Campbell, and James Anthony Quick. A host of other relatives and friends.
